This Cookie Policy explains how imperial-massages.cz (“we”, “us”, or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies to recognize you when you visit our website at https://imperial-massages.cz (“Website”). It explains what these technologies are, why we use them, and how you can control them.

1.What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, tablet, mobile) when you visit a website. They help websites function properly, improve user experience, and provide usage analytics. Some cookies are set directly by us (first-party), others by third-party services. A similar technology is your browser’s local storage: it works much like a cookie, but its content is not sent to the server automatically with every request.
2.How We Use Cookies
We use cookies for the following purposes:
- To ensure technical functionality of the website, including remembering your age confirmation and your cookie choice;
- To remember the currency you have chosen for prices (in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie);
- To collect statistics via Google Analytics to improve content and performance — only with your consent to analytics cookies;
- To understand how users navigate and interact with the site — only with your consent to analytics cookies;
- To measure the success of our Google Ads advertising (conversions) and to show our ads to people who have visited our website (remarketing) — only with your consent to marketing cookies.
Analytics and marketing cookies are optional: we only use them with your consent, which you can give or refuse for each of the two categories separately. We do not use cookies for e-commerce tracking.
3.Types of Cookies We Use
a) Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential to make the website work and cannot be disabled in our systems. They are set only in response to actions made by you: confirming that you are at least 18 years old and making your choice in the cookie banner (“Accept all”, “Reject all” or “Save choices”). As strictly necessary cookies, they do not require your consent.
b) Preferences (Local Storage)
We do not use preference cookies. The only preference the website remembers is the currency in which you want to see prices. It is stored in your browser’s local storage, is not sent to us or to any third party, and remains there until you delete it (e.g. by clearing your browser data).
c) Analytics Cookies
We use analytics cookies to understand how visitors interact with our website. This helps us to improve content and usability. These cookies are set only after you have consented to analytics cookies in the cookie banner (“Accept all”, or the “Analytics” switch under “Settings”). They work with a random identifier, not with your name, and we evaluate the information only in aggregated form.
d) Marketing Cookies
We use marketing cookies to measure whether our Google Ads advertisements lead to visits to our website and to contacts with us (conversion measurement), and to show our ads to people who have visited our website before (remarketing). These cookies are set only after you have consented to marketing cookies in the cookie banner (“Accept all”, or the “Marketing” switch under “Settings”). Some of them are set by Google on its own domains (third-party cookies, see sections 5 and 7).

Note: Google Analytics renews its cookies on every visit; we have limited their lifetime to 180 days (Google’s default is 2 years). Your cookie choice is stored for 180 days, after which we ask you again. The cookies on google.com and doubleclick.net are set by Google under its own policy; Google determines their names and lifetimes and may change them.
5.Use of Google Analytics and Google Ads
Both services are provided by Google Ireland Ltd. (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) and run on our website through a single Google tag. As long as you have not consented to analytics or marketing cookies, no Google script is loaded and no data is sent to Google.
a) Google Analytics (analytics cookies)
We use Google Analytics 4 to analyze website usage and improve performance — with cookies only if you have consented to analytics cookies; without that consent, Google Analytics receives at most the signals without cookies described in c). With your consent, the following data is collected under a random identifier (not your name):
- Which pages you visit and for how long;
- How you arrived at our site (e.g., search engine, referral link);
- General geographic location (city/country);
- Browser, device type, and screen resolution;
- Interaction data such as clicks and scrolls, including clicks on our contact links (WhatsApp, phone, e-mail, Viber, directions) — without the content of any prefilled message.
Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses: your IP address is used only briefly to determine your approximate location and is then discarded. We do not send Google any information that directly identifies you, such as your name, e-mail address or phone number.
b) Google Ads (marketing cookies)
We use Google Ads to advertise our salon. Only if you have consented to marketing cookies does the Google tag send Google Ads, together with the identifiers from the marketing cookies, information about your visit (e.g. the pages you view, clicks on our contact links and — if you came via one of our ads — the ad click). This allows Google to tell us how many visits and contacts our ads have brought (conversion measurement) and to show our ads to visitors of our website on other websites and in Google services (remarketing). We receive only aggregated reports and cannot identify you from them.
Only with your consent to marketing cookies do we also enable Google signals and ad personalization: if you are signed in to your Google account and have allowed personalized ads there, Google can link your visit to your account, e.g. for reports across devices and for our remarketing audiences. Without consent to marketing cookies, Google signals and ad personalization are switched off. You can manage the ads Google shows you in My Ad Center.
c) If you consent to only one category
Google Analytics and Google Ads run through the same Google tag. If you accept only one of the two categories, the tag is loaded and, besides the service you have consented to, also sends the other service signals without cookies and without cookie identifiers (Google’s “consent mode”): for example that a page was viewed or a contact link was clicked, the address of that page and of the page you came from, the time, the browser type and the fact that consent was not given for that service. Like any request on the internet, each signal also technically transmits your IP address. No cookies of the refused category are set or read; if you refuse marketing cookies, ad click identifiers are also removed from these signals. Google may use such signals in aggregated form to estimate statistics or the number of conversions (modelling). If you do not want this either, reject both categories (“Reject all”).
d) Legal basis and withdrawal
The legal basis for the processing described in a) and b) is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with § 89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications), given separately for analytics and for marketing cookies. You can withdraw it at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer; the cookies of the withdrawn category on our domain are then deleted.

6.Managing Cookies
You can manage your cookie preferences in two ways:
- Via the cookie banner that appears on your first visit (after the age confirmation) — “Accept all” allows analytics and marketing cookies, “Reject all” refuses both, and under “Settings” you can switch each of the two categories on or off separately (both are off until you switch them on) and confirm with “Save choices”. You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer; if you withdraw your consent to a category, its cookies on our domain are deleted. Google’s own cookies on google.com and doubleclick.net can only be deleted in your browser.
- By adjusting your browser settings to block or delete cookies.

7.Third-Party Cookies
Third-party services may place cookies on your device: Google Analytics only with your consent to analytics cookies (see section 5), Google Ads only with your consent to marketing cookies — including Google’s own cookies on google.com and doubleclick.net (e.g. IDE, NID), which Google sets under its own policy (see sections 4 and 5) — and Google Maps only if you load the map on our contact page by clicking “Show on map” (Google may then set its own cookies, e.g. NID) — until then, the map is not loaded and no data is sent to Google. These providers may process data under their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them:

Apart from Google as the provider of these services, we do not share any data obtained through cookies with third parties.

We may update this Cookie Policy occasionally to reflect changes in cookies used or legal requirements. All changes will be published on this page with the updated date.
